TTL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,442 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLASP1, MCM2, and MCM6. Each is linked with TTL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTL versus CLASP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
