Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,798 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANLN, ATP1A4, and CTSV. Each is linked with TTL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTL versus ANLN in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
