Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with TTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.
