Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,104 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with TTL in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by TTL-low versus TTL-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
