TTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLRP8, KRTAP12-3, and USP17L3. Each is linked with TTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTL-to-partner and partner-to-TTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLRP8 grouped by TTL-low versus TTL-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
