TTC9C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC9C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CPSF7, FEN1, and MRE11. Each is linked with TTC9C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9C-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC9C versus CPSF7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
