TTC9C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC9C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, MIR4695, and OR5L2. Each is linked with TTC9C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9C-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by TTC9C-low versus TTC9C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
