TTC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM177A1P1, MATR3P1, and MIR28. Each is linked with TTC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC9-to-partner and partner-to-TTC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM177A1P1 grouped by TTC9-low versus TTC9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
