Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC7B mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC7B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TTC7B mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where TTC7B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
