Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,631 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC7A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC7A_S51, ANXA1, and THEMIS2. Each is linked with TTC7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC7A versus TTC7A_S51 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
