Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,758 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A10, IL18, and SCML2. Each is linked with TTC7A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC7A versus S100A10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
