TTC7A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,414 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESCO2, MRPL34, and BUB3. Each is linked with TTC7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESCO2 grouped by TTC7A-low versus TTC7A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC7A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC7A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
