Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC7A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC7A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, Lck, and MEK1. Each is linked with TTC7A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC7A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC7A results are reported.
