TTC6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,496 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are APMAP, ICE1, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with TTC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC6-to-partner and partner-to-TTC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC6 versus APMAP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.13.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
