TTC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZ2, CT47A6, and WRN. Each is linked with TTC6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC6-to-partner and partner-to-TTC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZ2 grouped by TTC6-low versus TTC6-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
