TTC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,675 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT16H, SSRP1, and METTL3. Each is linked with TTC5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC5-to-partner and partner-to-TTC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC5 versus SUPT16H in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
