Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, RN7SL261P, and ANAPC1P3. Each is linked with TTC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC5-to-partner and partner-to-TTC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by TTC5-low versus TTC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
