Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL169P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL169P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LIHC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL169P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RN7SL169P RNA expression shows 6,173 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight LIHC, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL169P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
