Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TTC41P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TTC41P data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TTC41P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TTC41P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where TTC41P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
