TTC39C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC39C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC39C-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Shc_pY317, and TFRC. Each is linked with TTC39C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39C-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TTC39C-low versus TTC39C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC39C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC39C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
