Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC39B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC39B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49D2, MTRNR2L10, and DMRTC2. Each is linked with TTC39B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39B-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49D2 grouped by TTC39B-low versus TTC39B-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC39B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC39B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
