TTC39A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC39A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,160 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC39A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC39A-AS1, ARFGEF3, and HGD. Each is linked with TTC39A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC39A-to-partner and partner-to-TTC39A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC39A versus TTC39A-AS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC39A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC39A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
