TTC38

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,463 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC38-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72A, CXCL14, and SURF2. Each is linked with TTC38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC38-to-partner and partner-to-TTC38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC38 versus FAM72A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC38→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
