TTC33

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC33 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,057 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICA1L, MTERF2, and ZNF670. Each is linked with TTC33 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC33-to-partner and partner-to-TTC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC33 versus ICA1L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
