TTC33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC33 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3908, DCP1A, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with TTC33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC33-to-partner and partner-to-TTC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3908 grouped by TTC33-low versus TTC33-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
