TTC33

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC33-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, STAT3_pY705, and MEK1. Each is linked with TTC33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC33-to-partner and partner-to-TTC33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by TTC33-low versus TTC33-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC33→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
