TTC31

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,411 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, PCIF1, and SMC3. Each is linked with TTC31 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC31-to-partner and partner-to-TTC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC31 versus HNRNPLL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
