TTC31

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC31 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,321 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC31-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCPS, NDUFB6, and RNA5SP101. Each is linked with TTC31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC31-to-partner and partner-to-TTC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC31 versus DCPS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
