TTC31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC31-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, KRT26, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with TTC31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC31-to-partner and partner-to-TTC31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA8 grouped by TTC31-low versus TTC31-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC31→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
