TTC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,993 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNF213, POFUT2, and VSIR. Each is linked with TTC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC3-to-partner and partner-to-TTC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC3 versus RNF213 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
