Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,016 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly, Organelle disassembly, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with TTC29 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC29-to-partner and partner-to-TTC29 results are reported.
