TTC29

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC29 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 937 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC29-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYBB3, TUBB1, and HM13. Each is linked with TTC29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC29-to-partner and partner-to-TTC29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC29 versus CRYBB3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
