TTC29

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC29-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with TTC29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC29-to-partner and partner-to-TTC29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heregulin grouped by TTC29-low versus TTC29-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC29→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
