Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC29 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC29-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, OR51A4, and SMIM28. Each is linked with TTC29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC29-to-partner and partner-to-TTC29 results are reported.
