TTC23

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC23 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,046 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD16, AMIGO2, and NDNF. Each is linked with TTC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC23-to-partner and partner-to-TTC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC23 versus ANKRD16 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
