TTC23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC23-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP17L13, USP17L17, and AVP. Each is linked with TTC23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC23-to-partner and partner-to-TTC23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP17L13 grouped by TTC23-low versus TTC23-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC23→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
