TTC22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,087 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PEAK1_S1036, QKI, and PLEKHA6. Each is linked with TTC22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC22-to-partner and partner-to-TTC22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC22 versus PEAK1_S1036 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
