Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC22 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,727 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDN4, LAD1, and BICDL2. Each is linked with TTC22 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC22-to-partner and partner-to-TTC22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC22 versus CLDN4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC22→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
