Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,084 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TTC17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, ERAD pathway, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with TTC17 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC17-to-partner and partner-to-TTC17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway grouped by TTC17-low versus TTC17-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
