TTC16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,339 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15_S64, SMAP2, and EVL. Each is linked with TTC16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC16-to-partner and partner-to-TTC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC16 versus ARHGAP15_S64 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
