Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,910 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid oxidation, Transport along microtubule, and Primary alcohol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TTC16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC16-to-partner and partner-to-TTC16 results are reported.
