TTC16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC16-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H6, PRSS54, and GPR101. Each is linked with TTC16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC16-to-partner and partner-to-TTC16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H6 grouped by TTC16-low versus TTC16-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
