TTC14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 227 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUPT20HL1, FBXW10, and FGF6. Each is linked with TTC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC14-to-partner and partner-to-TTC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUPT20HL1 grouped by TTC14-low versus TTC14-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
