TTC13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,258 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, PARP1, and HCFC1. Each is linked with TTC13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC13-to-partner and partner-to-TTC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC13 versus RPRD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
