TTC13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM20, CHML, and E2F3. Each is linked with TTC13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC13-to-partner and partner-to-TTC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TTC13 versus TOMM20 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
