Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,813 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GANAB, SIL1, and UGGT1. Each is linked with TTC13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC13-to-partner and partner-to-TTC13 results are reported.
