TTC13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,223 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MPLKIP, ELP5, and ALMS1-IT1. Each is linked with TTC13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC13-to-partner and partner-to-TTC13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MPLKIP grouped by TTC13-low versus TTC13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC13→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
