TTC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TTC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, BRI3BP, and MCMBP. Each is linked with TTC12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC12-to-partner and partner-to-TTC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by TTC12-low versus TTC12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
