TTC12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TTC12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TTC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO1C1, MS4A14, and KRT1. Each is linked with TTC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TTC12-to-partner and partner-to-TTC12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLCO1C1 grouped by TTC12-low versus TTC12-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TTC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TTC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
