TSTD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TSTD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,857 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TSTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRIP3, RN7SL447P, and MIR6803. Each is linked with TSTD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TSTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SRIP3 grouped by TSTD2-low versus TSTD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TSTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TSTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
